Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and pack it securely in its original box, including all charging cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
